Shabu-hyang



I would like to introduce one of my favourite dishes that my family usually have this for dinner. It is shabu-shabu and Vietnamese roll.




Before you order the food, you need to know the portion for 1 person is really big that I suggest that you`d better to order 2 portions if you visit there with 2 more friends. The major reason of this is they serve noodles and rice soup after you finished with the vegetables and meats. In addition, if you need more rice papers even though you haven`t finished the vegetables and meats. don`t worry! if you asked to staffs they will give you for free.

So, how to eat this food?
Generally, boil the vegetables(beans sprouts etc.)  meat (beef, duck that whatever you want) first,

then put rice paper in the hot water about 3 - 5 seconds to soften it ( be careful, not too much or it'll get too
soggy),

when your rice paper is soft enough, spread it out on the own plate.Now it`s time to put whatever vegetables and meats you like, and how much, on your rice paper( try not to put too many, otherwise it`ll be tear).

Then, wrap them up and dip in the sauce ( I prefer orange sauce anyway)




My boyfriend who doesn`t like vegetables loved this place that we often visit there when we are in Korea. It costs 14,000 won (the typical menu beef - 1 portion) and if you visit there during the lunch time you can pay for 11,000 won for 1 portion.

So, how can you find this place now?
This restaurant is also franchise that you can enjoy this food anyway in Korea. Therefore the best way to find this place is copy the word -  샤브향 in the google map(English version), but when you copy it on the google map they find only one in Busan, when you click enter one more time then it will show every restaurants in Korea that if you zoom the map out you can find the nearest one.
