How to get to Busan

I am from Busan and I believe that Busan is one of the best cities in Korea! and also the city is the second biggest city that the most popular summer holiday place! So, how can we get to there?

1) Bus

People who have took Express bus must know that how comfortable it is! There are two bus terminals in Busan, So you need to know and decide where do you want to get off the bus before you buy a ticket!

One terminal is located in Nopo-Dong (Metro line 1 orange colour - the last station), and the other one is Sasang(Metro 2 green colour)
If you want to see the bigger picture, then you can zoon-in when you click the picture. It looks much simpler than Seoul right? Because Busan people takes bus more often. Anyway, you`d better to make a decision where do you want to stay, and find out where do you want to get off!

The biggest and main express bus terminal is located in GangByen Station(line2). You can buy a ticket wheather to NoPo or SaSang in there. The cost to Nopo is 23,000 won - 34,200 won and cost to SaSang is 22,800won - 34,000won. It takes generally 4hrs and 30 mins. I recommend you to book in advance in holiday period time. Because this is the cheapest way to get to Busan so that sometimes it is fully booked.

2) Train

Have you heard about KTX? KTX is the fastest bullet train in Korea that it takes only 2 hrs and 30 mins from Seoul station to Busan station. As you know those stations are located in central that you can move any places very easily when you departure or arrival. It costs 48,000won - 55,000won and it leaves every 20 mins. If you think it is quiet expensive, there are other options! Mugunghua and Saemaeul train. But these trains are really slow that if you want to take these trains, I think it`s better to take bus..!

3) Rent car

Rent car can be a good option to you when you want to travel lots of places in Korea. If you use the motorway, then it would takes 3 - 4 hours to Busan.

I highly recommend to visit Busan, because it is a such lovely fun city in Korea that you can have a new experience and you would love it !:)
